What is your assement of this
situation? What are the physician group’s possible reasons for deciding to
proceed on an independent path?
Jawab:
- Terjadi ketidakselarasan sistem informasi
antara LWMC dan WMS. Dimana LWMC menerapkan sistem CPOE sedangkan WMS
menerapkan EMR.
- Karena para dokter menganggap sistem CPOE
lebih rumit.

If you are the CEO, what steps
would you take to bring the hospital and physician group IT plans back to
aligment? Should the EMR effort proceed or wait until the CPOE initiative is
complete? Should you require that both system come from the same vendor?
Jawab:
Pertama kali
melakukan rapat pertemuan untuk membahas rencana EMR ke depan. Pertemuan ini
dilakukan untuk mempertemukan stakeholder untuk menyelaraskan tujuan dalam
meningkatkan pelayanan sistem EMR di LWMC. Seterusnya melakukan manajemen
informasi yang terintegrasi.

The LWMC board is concerned that
physicians are being naive about the challege of EMR implementation, have
estabished no measurable goals for the system, and have only weak incentives to
make the implementation successful. How would you address these concerns?
Jawab:
Mengadakan
pelatihan agar SDM mampu menjalankan sistem baru yang diterapkan.
